This demonstrates the new "sidebar" and partial rendering of table content so it scales better for larger tables. I've also changed some eye-candy so merged cells become more obvious. I'm open to comments on whether icons or a pop-up menu are best for selecting the add\delete row operations; but for now icons suffice.
